Co-owner and guardian spirit of AHA Real Estate. On one hand, a sworn translator of corporate labyrinths; on the other, a mistress of property and the fine art of managing people. She runs the company as though it were a tea ceremony – only instead of a teapot, she wields the Land Registry and Geoportal. She lives near a Zen temple, which explains her serenity in a world where a client insists on buying a ground-floor flat with a fireplace, a swimming pool, and a separate entrance for the dog.
Anna Sulińska
Alec Harrison
Co-owner. A British accent, Polish patience, a house outside Warsaw, a wife and children – living proof that one can happily swap island fog for city smog. An investor seasoned enough to have “seen it all,” yet still astonished that clients want a penthouse for the price of a garage. He claims Poland is an investor’s paradise – which either means he knows something we don’t… or that he’s simply mastered the art of surviving culture shock.
Bartosz Chojnacki
Łukasz Sapieha
Born in Rome, landed in Warsaw, and apparently doesn’t regret it. Speaks three languages and raises his voice in none – a miracle in real estate. An Italian smile, Polish patience, English manners – the perfect combination for selling “character properties,” meaning the ones no one else wants. Female clients adore him, male clients listen to him, and he, calmly, just books the next viewing.
Dorian Benigni
A professional so thorough that even his notebook has a table of contents. He believes real estate is not only about square meters but also emotions – and he’s not afraid to name them. Transparent, reliable, and always prepared. Probably the only agent in history who has actually read a primary market report cover to cover. Without batting an eye.
Izabela Buczowska
Project Manager with the energy of a nuclear reactor and the gift of speaking on the phone, writing an email, and doing her makeup simultaneously. She recruits with grace, implements with iron discipline, and arranges cushions so perfectly that even a basement with a view of the bins looks, in photos, like a boutique studio in Złota 44 with concierge service and morning yoga. Her day officially has 24 hours, but by her watch she squeezes in 36 – and still remembers to remind you that you were supposed to call the client back four days ago.
A surveyor who stumbled into real estate the way one might go for a walk and find a deed on the pavement. He notices what others don’t: soil subsidence, a leaning wall, and the client who pretends he’s “just browsing.” He converses with maps, befriends zoning plans, and stays calm even when asked if “agricultural land is the same as building land, only you have to believe.” A technical mind in a world of emotions. Patient as a surveyor waiting for a permit. In other words, a saint.
An aristocrat of palaces – living in several cultures at once, and smiling through it. When he says “historic,” he doesn’t mean a wobbly IKEA chair chipped in the move; he means spaces where time has settled in layers, like dust on a tapestry. He grows tender at the sight of a cornice, falls silent before a well-preserved rustication, and can persuade even the most rational investor that a palace without heating is not a folly but a civilizing mission. And no one argues. Because when Sapieha speaks of history – history itself sits down and listens.
Rafał Melnyczek
Marcin Hasir
A Zakopane native with a camera and an analyst’s soul. He rents, photographs, and knows exactly how to arrange a pillow so it looks luxurious. Fifteen years in the business taught him that nothing sells property better than a good photo and an honest conversation. He knows the market as well as his mountain trails – only with no climbing required. Relaxed, but don’t be fooled: before a client can say “I’ll think about it,” Marcin is already showing them the second option they “weren’t looking for,” yet suddenly know is the one where they’ll sip morning coffee and discuss the meaning of life with a potted fern.
TADEUSZ BANASZCZYK
An economist from Łódź who fell in love with real estate before he even finished high school. He speaks of investments with such passion that you begin to wonder whether to sell your balcony after all. Relentlessly logical – a rare trait in this business. If he’s not advising clients, he’s analyzing something: rates of return, seasonal trends, or the meaning of windowless rooms. And if he’s not analyzing, he’s sipping his third coffee, staring at the ceiling, and pondering why properties are measured in square meters but people’s expectations in cubic. Because investments never sleep. They stand guard. Like a Guardian of the Galaxy – only in a suit and with a notebook.
